The Asymmetric 38 + 8 Backpack is Vaude's technical touring pack specifically designed for women. A variable hood allows you to customize the Asymmetric's capacity suitable for long days in the backcountry or overnight hut-to-hut trips. Padding contours the back panel, waist belt, and shoulder straps to keep most women comfortable. Vaude made the pack's shell out of water-resistant material to shed snowfall and keep your overnight gear dry.
Like traditional trekkers, the Asymmetric's hood is removable so you can have a smaller bag for shorter adventures. Like most ski packs, the Asymmetric features a safety pocket inside the hood so you can use it easily in emergencies. There are also pockets designed for hydration reservoirs, water bottles, maps, and small valuables. Vaude added access points to the main compartment at the top and front for easy packing and unpacking.
