Best water proof shoe so far

Familiarity:
I've put it through the wringer

Love them. So far the are holding up. Nice comfy fit and they do not leak and 25% off now. Tied a several ones before turned out to be complete garbage Garmont Trail Beast Mid Hiking Boot leaked on the first day and then cracked after a few weeks. Merrell Moab FST Leather Hiking Shoe was nice but leaky and disintegrated after a month of light use. Loved Salewa Wildfire Hiking Shoe they lated long but ain't water proof at all and interior fabric and foam was falling after some use. Also HH hello handsome boots were ok nice and comfy but water proof Nubuck leather was not water proof and the sole started to come out after several month This is so far the best - nice feel, grip, look and water tight so far 5 stars. After a several month of use have to report that overall is still a great shoe but started to leak :-( after working on a morning grass or after a rain on a grassy landscape :-( not sure that Nubuck is a good option for water proof shoe as you can not apply normal shoe cream and have to go for expensive Nickwax or something similar.
