With a waterproof nubuck upper and a waterproof and breathable Gore-Tex Extended Comfort membrane, they'll keep your toes feeling like winners on two-mile strolls and 20-mile epics, and the Perpetuum last provides a comfortable fit for wider feet. While the Mantra has a relatively low profile and running-shoe-inspired design, it offers hiking boot levels of support, thanks to the dual-density EVA footbed, molded PU midsole, and Vibram Nuasi outsole, which is boosted with extra-sticky XSTrek rubber. The package is finished off with a speed-lace system, so you can have the Mantra on your feet and snugged down before your hiking partner is out of the car.
