That's why Union gave the Milan a flexible freestyle highback for getting technical in the park and loose in pow, and paired it with a lightweight, responsive baseplate for quick, precise turns and superior board feel.

Flex notches on the Fusion Lady highback allow for lateral flexibility to give it a playful feel and allow you to tweak your tricks harder. The Milan base is lightweight and features EVA bushings to dampen vibrations and absorb impacts, and it also has an extruded anodized aluminum heelcup to reduce weight while maintaining strength and stiffness. The 3D Direct-Connect ankle strap provides a secure and responsive fit without creating painful pressure points, and the Open Toe Strap is low-profile and cored-out to wrap around the front of your boot for a comfy and secure fit.
