Description

Lighten your load.

Set your sights on the Union Flite Binding if you're looking for a soft-flexing freestyle binding that lets you lock into presses and tweak the hell out of grabs, but still gives you enough support for the big jump line.

Union updated the Flite this year with a Fusion Highback that has a soft flex for boned-out blunts and surfy pow turns, but is still supportive enough to shred down steeps and hit jumps. Further weight shavings can be credited to the lightweight, freestyle-oriented Flite baseplate, and it makes minimal contact with the board for truer board flex. The extruded anodized aluminum heelcup reduces weight while maintaining strength and stiffness, and it never loses it's shape no matter how much you abuse it.

Dual-density injected EVA bushings absorb impact from big drops and reduce vibrations for a smooth ride. 3D Direct-Connect ankle straps provide a secure and responsive fit without creating painful pressure points, and the Open Toe Strap is low-profile and cored-out to wrap around the front of your boot for a comfy and secure fit.

Park assasin

  • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

The Flite binding is the ultimate park/rail binding in my opinion. Soft flex under foot, soft highback, and they weigh nothing. They are super comfy and easy to whip around jibbing the park plus they don't cost an arm and a leg. Definitely would ride these again taking park laps with the homies.
