When Under Armour designed the Women's Speedform XC Running Shoe, it thought of it more as a piece of technical performance apparel than as a shoe. As a result, Under Armour challenged all of the typical standards of footwear construction, giving you a shoe that wraps around your foot for precision fit and supreme comfort. In addition to the next-to-skin comfort of the ultrasonic-welded, seamless, micro-perforated upper, Under Armour gave the Speedform a seamless heel cup with silicone grip for a locked-in anatomical fit and a TPU heel counter for added stability without added weight. 



With an 8mm drop and an anatomical outsole, you can receive the benefits and stability of a running-specific shoe, while still experiencing natural footfall feel. Under Armour's designers know that the trail isn't always perfectly flat and groomed, and that's why they gave the Speedforms sole traction lugs that extend onto the midsole for supreme grip in variable terrain. Full-length Micro G foam provides cushioned landings while still allowing for explosive takeoffs, and a molded 4D Foam footbed conforms to your foot's exact shape to eliminate slippage and give you a precise, customized fit.
