haven't used yet. I assumed some squishy bottles were included but they were not and wanted that to be known. seems like a great pack slightly bigger than a vest but not MUCH heavier! I like having capacity to carry my friends stuff when they get tired or lazy. or a bag of Doritos. now I'm looking for the 500mL squishy water bottles and a bladder that's perfect for this bag. I will review for real in a month when it really gets a beat down!

Fantastic pack. Fits well, even on a Clydesdale like me. No bounce. Just enough padding and support for extended cruises. I have an Iphone 7 and it just barely fits into one of the two front zippered pockets.
