Take a tour through the Wasatch Mountains on the lightweight Tubbs Women's Couloir Series Snowshoes. This durable snowshoe has a flat nose rise and tapered tail so you float above the legendary Utah powder and feel stable hiking the ridge. The Tubbs' Revolution Response pivot system allows lateral flex on uneven terrain and optimizes gait mechanics to reduce fatigue. Compact stainless steel teeth bite into snow and ice as you climb out of a canyon and drop into a valley on the Wasatch backside. A women's-specific 3D binding snugly fits your hiking and climbing boots up to size 11.

Bottom Line: Get way off the beaten path in your Tubbs Couloir Snowshoes.

Hey there Mister, I don't see why not! Just remember the weight/size and take heed in the binding size maybe limited to women's sized shoes...

ppesko,
They come in 3 different lengths (21, 25, or 30"). The Tech Spec chart on the right shows the weight rating of each size. This is an aggressive snowshoe and really shines in rough or uneven terrain. I got the men's version as my "beginner" but that is because I knew I didn't want to stick to packed trails. You can save a few dollars going with a shoe that has less traction, but I'm a big fan of the boyscout motto. "Be Prepared." I would recommend this as a good shoe for a beginner with the understanding that it may be a little overkill for simple trail walking. Hope this helps!
