these work just as advertized, I will say that they are a bit slim but they break in really nice after a day or two of use. Also just like with any boot type of shoe, I recommend getting insoles. these ones suck.

How stiff would you say these shoes are? I like minimalist shoes and I've been looking for something line a "Toms" shoe, that would be suitable for winter.

this is deffinetly no toms shoe but if I were to describe it, they feel like high top house slippers that are water and wind proof that have a pretty stiff sole. the sole is a hard rubber made for longevity for sure but they're not super comfortable if your on your feet all day, thats why I got the insoles.

Purchased as a warm, waterproof urban shoe. Warmer than I expected, outer fabric seems durable and good enough to get out on the ice / snow. Shoe is a little narrow although has stretched a little.
