Right product, but shipping issues

Familiarity:
I've used it several times

Bought 15 of these for rock climbing because my local supplier ran out when I had an imminent trip planned. The first 7 arrived early and made my trip much easier! They have been perfect for reinforcing tendons and protecting my hands while crack climbing. This tape performs up to the standards I expect from Mueller Eurotape. The last 8 rolls never arrived. FedEx failed to deliver them to my apartment, and Backcountry failed to contact me about the shipment problem. They ended up at a FedEx office in another town 30 minutes away and were shipped to Mississippi for disposal within 5 days of arriving in Illinois. I wasn't able to visit the FedEx office before my last 8 rolls were shipped away because I was in the backcountry rock climbing with the first roll of tape. I highly recommend this tape! But I wouldn't trust FedEx express delivery again unfortunately.
