By the shape I feel like you would be better off with any chunk of plastic. The corners look like it would make it hard to hit the contours of the pot. Also those teeth will mess up nonstick fo sho

Flimsy; not ideal for the job. Use the right tool for the right job and get much better results with the simple plexi blade scraper that Toko offers.

No. This scraper is very flimsy. Personally I use a scraper that has a notch cut out of it and run it along my ski edge. Check out the Toko Plexi Blade wax scraper: http://www.backcountry.com/toko-plexi-blade-wax-scraper.
