The phone-free live tracking feature enables your loved ones to track your run, or keep an eye on your progress during your big race. The Ironman One GPS plus includes a heart rate monitor with alerts for when you're interval training, as well as the ability to upload your workout to MapMyFitness, RunKeeper, Strava, and more.
