Do the Time shoes run small, large or true? I currently wear

Do the Time shoes run small, large or true? I currently wear a Northwave and like a larger toe box. Is the Time comparable?
The description states the shoe has two straps but the photo shows only one. The website shows the two strap model. Which is for sale?

Yes, they are compatible with the 3 hole road cleats. The cleats will come with the pedals you buy...
