I bought this for my girlfriend who was complaining about her courier bag digging into her shoulder. She says it helps a ton, but she still needs to find a less labor intensive solution to studying law.

I love my timbuk bag,.... but the strap pad just slides around... while walking with a loaded bag the strap pad definitely doesn’t stay put. I think it needs to be bigger overall.
Maybe buying two would be helpful or I’m thinking of attaching it to the strap permanently...
