The Timbuk2 Laptop Tote is a stylish minimalist carrying case designed for times when you only need your computer and hauling a full-size briefcase seems overkill. The padded center compartment is lined with plush corduroy to pamper your laptop; we know it's your baby. Exterior zip pockets on both sides hold cables, power adapters and personal items to help prevent the infamous cable-cluster junkshow. Padded carrying handles and Timbuk2's signature Quick-Adjust shoulder strap provide comfort and convenience when you're on the run. Timbuk2 also added a rubberized bottom to their Laptop Tote to help prevent spilt-latte-induced short circuits. The Timbuk2 Laptop Tote is not too big and not too small, for just-right portable convenience.
Bottom Line: When all you need is your iBook or Thinkpad, why carry a bag big enough to hold your filing cabinet?

Great bag, love the layout, simplicity and quality material. I was concerned at first as I had to buy the XL tote due to my laptop, but the slim design kept the bag to a low profile. Plenty of room to stuff papers and power cord yet still have that small bag feel. Excellent product.

I'm using the Timbuk2 laptop carrier for the first time while I'm on my current trip to DC. The size is perfect and accommodates my Toshiba Satellite and accompanying cords. Best of all is the bright orange color - it can't be missed.

This bag kicks ass. It has an ample amount of padding to protect my expensive laptop. It’s very stylish in both formal and casual business or school environments. It also has just enough pockets for computer accessories, and comes with an over-the-shoulder strap. Just a killer bag!
