Will the size medium hold my running gear? A pair of size 7 running shoes, small towel, waters, dog leash, travel bowl, wind shell, maps, snacks, etc.? I also have a tiny Camelback (Charm) I am hoping will fit in here?

This cargo tote is a great bag! The material it is made out of it is very durable and wipes clean very easily. I use this tote on my job and I need to have the ability to disinfect it regularly. It has stood up perfectly. I did get the small tote and wish I had gone larger. I can't really fit all my files and other items in it without smashing the edges of my papers. I would recommend this tote, but would go for a larger size.

I love everything about this bag except I wish the handles were just an inch longer. It's hard to carry this bag on your shoulder if I have any sort of jacket or heavy sweater on and I'm really not a fan of shoulder straps.
I use it for a briefcase and I can fit all the stuff I usually carry in my purse, plus files and a book or two.
