zippers don't work

high quality boot, however, the zippers come down when you walk. i have an older model of this boot with a side zippers and i love them. i needed black for work so i ordered these and i only wish the zippers worked because i like the style and fit but, it looks like i'm sending them back. this is the first problem i've ever had with timberland.
