Easy to install
Thule Tip tracks are the best option for any camper shell on a truck in my opinion. You have the ability to slide these footpacks up and down to adjust if need be and that's only with the assistance of an alan wrench. I installed the tracks on my Toyota Tacoma by myself for most of it, needed a littel help with the flare nuts twoards the end by the majority of the job can be done by one person. Make sure you mark all the spots before drilling of course and line everything up exactly where you think the track is going to be the most versatile. The pack gives you everything you need to install and i've never had a leak on my truck shell in the 3 years of having this pack. attached is a picture of the shell with Thule packs and crossbars.

I have a Toyota Tundra with a shell that has Thule track system, I am not sure if I should mount to the cab & shell, or just to the shell? Also I would need 2 different systems if I mount to the cab...?
There is a "Car Rack Configurator" banner at the top of this page or you can go to www.thule.com and use theirs. Fill out the necessary information and it'll tell you what you need to do.

Are the tracks somewhat flexible, or do they require a perfectly flat roof? I have a 2008 Honda Fit that I'm looking to rack.
They are somewhat flexible. They are made of hard plastic but should conform to any style of roof.

How long are these? Will they fit on top a pick up. I have a 2009 Ford F150 crew cab.
You select the model, TP42 is 42", TP54 is 54". I would imagine a crew is at least 42", right?
