Hey Joe, you need the 480 or 480R traverse foot pack. Then you need the 1323 traverse foot pack kit... then if you use the 480R system, you need 53" bars; if you use the 480 system, you need 50" bars...

You'll have to bolt artificial rain gutter brackets to the sides of the roof. Tracks along top are another option. You'd use rain gutter towers with the brackets, and tracker II towers with tracks. And I don't recommend getting the aero bars. Just get the regular square ones. They are half the price, and you aren't limited in your accessory options as you are with the aero bars.

Thule makes great products you can trust and will last through many seasons of use and their customer service is great. I found these footings a little difficult to get on the car. A few of the plastic pieces had manufacturing inconsistencies in them that made it very difficult to correctly install without causing damage. I called Thule and explained the problem; they sent me replacement parts the next day. Once on the car this rack system is a dream, it works great and the aero aesthetics make it appear closer to a factory installation. It would have gotten more stars if it were easier to install, but is still a great product.

Hi, what are some roof rack (Thule/Yakima) for a 1998 Toyota Corolla (4dr)? Mainly for hauling snowboards, but possibly a surfboard later on.Is there one brand that would be recommended over the other>
