Description

Upgrade those goofy things on your roof into a full-capacity gear-carrying system.

If you’ve ever wondered what to do with those goofy bars running front to back on your car, then the Thule Complete CrossRoad System will help turn those raised factory side rails into a multi-purpose gear-carrying machine. Four adjustable feet conform to your current side rails, and two square 50-inch load bars are rubberized for weather resistance and to keep your gear from getting scratched. Four locks are included with the feet to secure the CrossRoad System to your side rails.
  • Includes two 50-inch load bars, four CrossRoad feet, four locks

I purchased the Thule complete CrossRoad System and it was very easy to install. Went onto my Jeep Grand Cherokee with no problems in about 15-20mins. The only downside that I've seen (actually heard) at this point is that the wind noise coming off these things is loud! Going to have to buy a compatible fairing to cut down on the noise, a purchase I wasn't really planning on. So if you're considering buying these, while they're easy and a great product, keep in mind you may have to spend some extra $$ to silence the noise.

I see that this Patriot has the 58" bars on it, but there is a considerable amount sticking out on the sides. Would the 50" also work to avoid the extra or do you need the 58"?
