Thorlos designed the XSKI Thin Cushion Ski Sock for folks with custom fitted boots to help with moisture management and light cushioning. Mush of the time, thick socks only make your feet sweat which makes them colder. A thin sock like the XSKI Thin pulls moisture away from feet. Dry feet are happy feet.

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

These didn't work for me.
They continually bunch up in my ski boot, causing numbness and discomfort. They would NOT stay in place.
I selected my correct size, but I do have a smaller foot, so I wonder if sizing down would have solved this issue.
I will not use these again for skiing, they will be for winter/fall hiking only.

Party for your feet

  • Gender: Male
  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Any skier knows that ski boots are not the most comfortable footwear in the world. The least you can do is wear the right socks to boost the comfort. I am not picky when it comes to socks but after receiving a pair of these a couple years ago as a gift I am sold. I just bought another pair and I love the way they feel inside my Dalbello Krypton Pro. They pad in all the right spots and no where else. They also do not bunch up or twist in my boot. My feet are happier than they have ever been now that I ski with these socks.
