Trust in Scotty Steves.

Scott Stevens relies on the Thirty Two Men's TM-Two Stevens Snowboard Boot when he straps in (or doesn't) to perform his skate-influenced boarding wizardry. It has a medium-stiff flex to balance his soft bindings so he gets the right balance of support and flexibility for taking on everything from backcountry jumps to street spots. The Intuition liner is also heat-moldable to provide a custom fit, and a molded Evolution foam insole ensures all-day comfort. System G2 gel cushioning protects your heels from harsh impacts and smooths out the ride. The high-density Evolution Foam outsole also improves cushioning, and it's much lighter than rubber to reduce weight without sacrificing grip so you can still bootpack up icy stairs and rocky ridges.

Feel good, but durability questionable

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

The ability to heat mold these boots is awesome, allowing for a perfect fit. The toe box is a soft material that has give but wont pack out leaving you with your foot sliding around.

One problem with 32 boots is durability. They never seem to last as long as other companies. I had one of lace loops break off one month in. Comfy but don't last as long as the 100 day rider might like.

Love this boot!

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

This is my second pair of the TM-Two, it is by far my favorite boot. It's definitely on the stiffer side, but after a few times out it feels real good. Paired with the softer Union Contacts I can still tweak it out. Very durable as well, the only reason I bought a second pair was because I left my first pair at the mountain (ugh). You can't go wrong with this boot, and the scotty steevs color is sick!

Unanswered Question

i heard the stevens model tm-two is a tad stiffer than the other colorways this season. scotty supposedly has bad ankles and asked thirty-two to stiffen his model up a bit. any truth to this?

I'm wondering if I should get the thirty two lash or tm two. I'm a all mountain rider but I mostly ride park.

Hey Ben,
The TM Two is going to be stiffer (Medium/Stiff) and more performance oriented. It's their team's number one choice for its superior durability, secure fit and supportive flex. The Lashed is less stiff (Medium Flex) and is built to be just super comfy right out of the box. I think a more advanced rider would do better in a more performance oriented boot like the TM Two.
Hopefully that helps!
