Bears won't be the only animals sleeping well this winter.

If anything, you have even more gear to lug in on a winter expedition than you do in the summer, so you'll be looking to save weight wherever possible. Turn to the Therm-a-Rest Women's ProLite Plus Sleeping Pad for warmth and comfort without excessive weight on your next hut-to-hut tour, winter camping trip, or cold-weather backpacking adventure. The innovative self-inflating design is reinforced with diagonal cut foam that reduces convective heat loss so you're not shivering while the guys are snoring. The Prolite Plus rolls up small in the included stuff sack to fit right in your pack, and it will self inflate so you can save your breath for the next day's hike.

Here's what others have to say...

Will this sleeping pad work in a hammock? I have an Eno double.

I've used my therm-a-rest pads in hammocks before and had great success. They definitely help insulate your back side.

The only thing that can be wonky is the pad sliding around a little when you move or get situated in the hammock.

Shoot me an email anytime you have questions!

Rara Lake Trek

  • Familiarity:I've used it several times

Used it for a 75 mile trek in Nepal. It did its job, but I was wrong for getting the long. But overall, it kept me warm on cold nights. Would definitely use again but in a regular size.
