Sleep like a baby without feeling like you're lugging a crib around.
Therm-a-Rest made waves with the introduction of its NeoAir sleep pad, and it only gets better with the Women's NeoAir XLite Sleeping Pad. Instead of heavy, bulky insulation, this ultralight pad relies on a reflective barrier to send warmth back to your body to preserve body heat; because women tend to sleep colder, Therm-a-Rest added extra reflective barriers to boost the R value to 3.9 in this women-specific model.
- Lighter 30D high-tenacity nylon makes this the fast-and-light backpacker's choice
- Triangular core matrix uses hundreds of cells to keep air from shifting around for a more stable sleeping surface compared to other non-insulated sleeping pads
- Stuff sack and repair kit included

Good for sore butts
After I fell on my butt hiking down South Sister on a 7 day trip in Oregon, I was glad to have a pad with solid cushioning. Very comfortable and light. Rolling it in thirds in order to fit in the stuff stack provided by thermarest is a bit of a pain bu overall worth the investment.
Lighten your load
I have never slept better in the backcountry. This pad is amazing! It kept me warm, padded my hips and if you let a bit of air out, it has enough depth to cradle the back of your neck & conform to your low back, while still keeping your hips off the ground. Great for side sleepers and it takes up very little room in the pack. I love it!
Worthy to upgrade
So far so good. It feels much warmer than the old rectangular yellow version which was without aluminium foil inside. However, it feels a little bit less comfy, it is tougher.
I think it was worthy to upgrade. Quality of materials seems to be good but more field testing will tell how durable the mat is.

Google search shows Backcountry.com selling the Thermarest Neoair xlite women's for $143. Yet when I choose you as a selection, it switches pricing to $159. Not cool. Will you honor the $143 as listed? This is my 2nd Neoair xlite, as after a backpacking in Australia this month, my Aussie camp mate bought mine, it was such a good product . Thanks.. Nancy

Just like the Regular XLITE review I posted this version is also coming in 1oz heavy. Instead of 11ozs as advertised it is actually 12ozs. I called Cascade Designs and they confirmed it is being advertised incorrectly after manufacturing delays & issues.
