With a design based on the original time-tested Therm-a-Rest mattress, the BaseCamp Sleeping Pad combines proven design principles and components with lighter fabrics and an expanded foam core. In addition to making the pad lighter and easier to compress, the die-cut foam core provides ample support for a restful sleep and supplies a high R-value for comfortable use while winter camping.

  • Expanded foam core provides comfortable support
  • Foam core makes the pad lighter and more compressible for easy transport
  • R-value of 5 makes the BaseCamp suited to four-season use
  • Lighter and softer fabric than previous BaseCamp pads improves comfort while reducing weight
  • Self-inflating design makes the pad easy to use and pack
  • Includes stuff sack

Purchased two XL BaseCamp pads. Where can I find a stuff sack large enough (31 x 5.3")?

Hey, You can get them directly from MSR/Therm-a-Rest for about $20 per.
I believe the specific one you want is going to be the 36L, but contact them to verify that, and to see if it's something they can steer you towards locally.
