Cute Cut but a couple flaws

  • Gender: Female
  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

I got this sweater in Heather Grey, and I really like the details. The three buttons are functional so you can open the flap on the neck; plus it comes with an extra button just in case. The 3/4 sleeves are a good length, a few inches below my elbows. The grey is a little lighter in color than the picture depicts. It's really warm as well.

The flaws are not enough to make me stop wearing it. It's hand wash only, and I find that I have to really be careful how I reshape it as it dries. Also, as the previous reviewer stated, it is a little itchy. I only really notice it on my stomach and back, so a wearing a cami helps just fine.

So cute, but itchy

  • Gender: Female
  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

I love the look of this sweater, esp the buttons and 3/4 sleeves. It is super warm too and great for any type of activity.
This being said, I find it too itchy to wear alone, which brings up several flaws. Because the neckline is so unique it's hard to layer with "just any shirt" specifically stiff collared shirts and v-necks. If you just wanted to wear a cammy or something like that underneath, it would probably help with some of the itchiness. Since it's winter I find wearing specific shirts underneath (a cowl neck shirt, and a floppy collared shirt) make for very comfortable combos and then you can maximize the warmth and cuteness of this sweater.
another reason I'd only give it 3 stars is that, despite how much I love this sweater (and perhaps because of it!) it's already starting to pill.

I am 5'7', 34B. Got a Small and it's a great (if not big) fit.
