Your gear is essential to your personal well-being and emotional stability, so trust The North Face Waterproof Duffel Bag to help it arrive dry and, hopefully, unscathed. Of course, The North Face can't do anything about how baggage handlers (or even your co-travelers) 'handle' your bag, but the double PU-coated ripstop material, welded seams, and waterproof zippers will definitely ensure your precious gear arrives dry.

  • Double PU-coating on the durable ripstop nylon material locks out moisture and helps reduce the chance of tears
  • Fully-taped RF welded seams eliminate moisture seepage through stitch points
  • Waterproof TIZIP WaterSeal 10 zipper locks out moisture
  • Compression straps help keep contents secure

AHhhhhhmazing bag

  • Familiarity:I've put it through the wringer

I snagged the Large red duffel for 50% off on outlet. Amazing price for such an amazing product. This duffel in a size large fits my ski boots, poles, snowpants, jacket, mid layers, helmet and more. It's never ending! The material is bomb proof. And they are very waterproof. All you have to do is apply the lube to the end of the zipper like it says in the instructions and its waterproof. I usually don't zip it up all the way because I don't usually need my bag to be waterproof and I want my gear to dry out. This would be a great kayaking, scuba diving, skiing - any sport could use this bag.

Backpack Straps

Not removable but still worth the waterproofness. If you're flying you will need to buy a bag to protect this bag from the baggage handlers and airline. You risk damaging the backpack straps and the plastic bags the airline provides is too risky.
