This is my favorite shirt for running. It is so lightweight and comfortable. I don't overheat in it. My only regret is that I didn't buy more when I had the chance.

I have probably at least 6 north face shirts for outdoor activities and LOVE THEM! So when I saw this one for a super great price i jumped on it!
First, it is super comfortable.
But....i washed it one time with delicates and it got all these weird spots on it and pulls galore!!!
Returned it.
Great for runs!

I just went for my first run (3.1 mi) with my new TNF Velocitee and I loved it. It kept me dry and just warm enough (but not too warm), and I think the fabric feels a little softer than my other technical shirts, which I really love. Didn't experience any chafing, but I don't know if someone who logs longer miles might. I'm considering buying more!

I love this for layering, definitely keeps me warm and dry. Perfect for jogging. Only complaint is that it seemed a bit short - I'm about 5'4 with 34' bust...thought the small would fit better. I would size up if you are planning on buying.
