Light, fast, and refreshingly pretty. That's what The North Face Tolowa Lite Top is all about. A lightweight, soft blend of Minerale-merino wool and wicking polyester, this well-designed top deftly does it all. Perspiration is drawn from the skin quickly, then it evaporates through the merino and through mesh panels before it ever beads up. Even better, merino resists odors naturally, so you can minimize funk buildup on your next backpacking trip. The North Face gave the top a pretty graphic and feminine V-neck cut to boost beauty points, and the top's shoulder seams are moved forward to eliminate chafing under backpack straps.
Bottom Line: A do-it-all quick-dry top.

I really, really wanted this shirt to work, but it didn't. I found it to be scratchy, but that's probably because I'm not accustomed to wearing wool.
The real deal breaker was that the shirt is much more square than it looks in the picture. It looked awful on me. Maybe someone shorter than me (6ft) would make it work.
Change me.
