    Fuzzy'n'Warm

    • Familiarity:I've used it several times
    • Fit:Runs large
    • Size Bought: Large

I purchased two pairs of this pant--graphite grey heather and TNF black--as I wanted two colors to lounge in. Unfortunately, these two pants are cut differently in very noticeable ways.

The grey pant is not as tight to the body like the black pant is; the drawstring does need to be used as the grey pant sits higher on the waist; due to the higher waist, you won't feel like you're exposing your cracking when bending or kneeling down like I do in the black pair.

It makes me sad that they're the same pant, only the colors are different, but they're constructed very differently. If the pants were to meet at the middle on the waist, that would be brilliant.

Besides that, the material is nice and fuzzy inside and out. The back pocket is nice, but it's not realistic for actual use. I can wear these outside in 44°F gloomy weather and be warm--wind was not very active. Your results may vary.

Measurements: 33" waist, 42" hips, 30" inseam works best for me.

    Comfy!

    • Familiarity:I've put it through the wringer
    • Size Bought: Small/Short

I'm 5'2 and it can be hard to find pants that aren't super long. The "short" size is the perfect length, not too short, not too long... just right.

    Cuddly, soft and warm pants!

    • Familiarity:I've used it several times
    • Fit:True to size
    • Size Bought: XL

The TNF TKA 100 pant is the same high quality fleece as the TNF Women's Glacier 1/4 zip, whch I already had to match these pants! So I was pretty happy when I saw this great deal at Backcountry.

I live in a cabin in the woods and mostly rely on my woodstove to keep warm, and these pants are just perfect. They are actually pretty lightweight, but will keep you toasty, and softer than any pant I've owned and have just the right amount of stretch.

I am 5'8", 165lbs, and these fit me true to size. ( Although I did order up one size to an XL because I like my lounging clothing to be very loose.) There is no annoying, binding elastic in the waist, but the fabric has enough "natural stretch" that you don't need that, and there is a draw cord inside which takes care of any looseness. Waistband is generous width, just under 2 inches, which I also love.

These would also be perfect for camping, in Fall and Spring, by themselves, sitting around the campfire. In colder weather, they will be great over a pair of tights or baselayer leggings. There is a small zippered pocket on the right back, just above the hip. They dry very quickly, too. I just wash in cold water and hang 'em up.

They are cut pretty straight, with a little bit of a boot cut at bottom but not prounounced. I think they will fit most people in hips and legs very nicely.

The TKA 100 pant is by no means "dressy". I probably would not wear them out except for quick errands or to walk my dogs. But they are the perfect lounging pant and Backcountry has them at a great deal right now!

Comfortable , Warm and Great Lounge wear

    • Familiarity:I've used it several times
    • Fit:True to size
    • Size Bought: medium

I love these pants. I have had a pair for 2-3 years and have been unable to find them again at the store where I first purchased.
I would recommend them to anyone who wants comfort and wearability. My first pair is still in great shape.

    They are ok

    • Familiarity:I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
    • Fit:Runs large
    • Size Bought: Medium

They are soft and do run large. Certainly wouldn't pay full price but will be comfy in this winter. The small would have probably fit better.

    Long sizes seem short

These pants are extremely soft and cozy and comfortable. But the length of the Long sizes seems short. I have purchased a few different North Face pants in Long sizes - all except one pair was too short to be considered a Long length, in my opinion.

      I think it is fine!

      • Familiarity:I've used it several times
      • Fit:True to size

It keeps me really warm. Originally, I want to get the car-go pant from North Face. But it is out of stock. I picked this one. It is really not good for hiking because you will swear a lot with this pant on. The microvelour pant is good to wear in the winter. It really keep you warm. I am 5'3'', 123 lbs. I ordered s/short. The size is right. Depends on your purpose, it can be a good pant for you. By the way, I bought it with $25 off coupon, it costs me $29.94. For this price, I think it is fine. $54.95 is too much for this pant.

      Comfy!

      • Familiarity:I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
      • Fit:True to size

These sweats aren't particularly attractive (but really, what sweats are?) but they are super comfy! They're nice and warm and perfect for lounging around the house or keeping warm when it's cold out. Either they run true to size, or I like my sweats baggy, but they fit me fine (I'm 5'3, 120lbs and got a size small). I found the XS to be too tight in the leg. Then again, I wanted something loose enough that I could wear 1 or 2 pair of fleece lined leggings under and still be comfortable.

      Perfect!

      • Familiarity:I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
      • Fit:Runs large

I was looking for some comfy fleece pants for camping and I found exactly what I was looking for. They do run large, I'm 5'2", 130 lbs and usually get medium in pants. However, I got the small in the short size and they fit well. You will need to use the drawstring, but they're comfy even with it.

      Wear them everywhere

      • Familiarity:I've put it through the wringer
      • Fit:Runs large

I love these pants. I have one pair that is years old and still looks like new. They are super warm, really soft and a great fit. They are a little on the roomy side, so you could size down, or go with your normal size if you like them baggy. Great for road trips, camping and lounging around and they dry quick and are still insulating when wet if you find yourself camping in the rain, which I do all the time here in the PNW.

      so soft and comfy

      • Familiarity:I've put it through the wringer
      • Fit:True to size

I got these about 10 months ago for apres ski lounging but I love changing into these after work or gym. I'm so glad to find them here so I can get a second pair.

I'm 5'6" 118 and wear the small. I wish they were an inch or two longer, but the fit is generally great.

I never put them in the dryer (duh) and they've held up perfectly through say, 25-30 washings.

      Soft, Compact, But BIG

      • Familiarity:I returned this product before using it
      • Fit:Runs large

I am 5'5'', 135lb and the Small/Short fit ok, but they were just slightly baggy in the hip area. The drawstring would help with this, but I really wish there was elastic or something else. I'm not a fan of the drawstring. I'm going to reorder the XS/Short if they have it, but if not I'll try the XS regular and hope it just comes with a shorter inseam.

      TNF Fleece Pants

I love this pants, they are very plush and warm ( yet very lightweight). The rear pocket is easy to get to and its big enough for lip balm, keys, and maybe an mp3. I am 5'8 and I got the long inseam and their just the right length. A note about sizing, they def. run large, I usually wear large in sweatpants but I got medium and I should have gotten small, if it wasn't for the drawstring waist, I would have had to send them back.
