The North Face TKA 100 Masonic Hooded Fleece Jacket - Women's - 2009 BCS

a micro-fleece hoodie with a little bit of gathering to give a good fit--I wear this one all the time.

I just ordered two of these based on all the fabulous reviews - one small and one medium - and I can't decide which to keep! The small fits great and is cute and fitted/sharp looking but not too tight...medium looks sorta baggy and a tad frumpy BUT...if they shrink, everything changes! Does anyone have any experience with this?? Your advice is appreciated!

This fleece is great! Nice to find a flattering cut. I usually wear a medium in NF, but I ordered a large and it's perfect. I am busty, and the jacket zips up all the way and is not baggy everywhere else! I got the red color and it's more of a coral pink, but cute. Just ordered another!

135 lbs and 5'3" and I bought a small; it fits well with a little extra room for a long sleeve underneath.

I have two already...white and light blue. At 5'10 and 130, it's really hard to find off-the-rack stuff that is long enough. These fit perfectly. They are great for layering and they wash very well. Planning to buy #3 tonight!

I ordered this thinking it'd be too thin, but was willing to find out, well it ended up being absolutly perfect. I am a power walker and for the fall it is great. Its already fall where I live. Its light enough to layer, but not too heavy to get to warm. I have washed it several times and there is no signs of pilling.
Recommend getting this, its great, and I got the brown.

I absolutely love this hoodie! I live in Southeast Alaska and hoodies are a staple of our daily uniform! This is the perfect wight for layering under a shell when heading out to run the trails or just to stay warm while doing your daily routine chilly snowy days.

I am 5'8", 190 lbs. bought the xl in white. Great fit. Accentuates my waistline around my belly button. Washes well! Spilt red wine and it came right out. Thinking about getting it in other colors.

This fleece made it to the top of Kilimanjaro with me. Initially when I purchased it, I was concerned that while it will fit well, I might not be able to layer effectively. No worries necessary. I was easily able to have a base layer, medium layer and one t-shirt under this fleece. Works well and looks good.

I do love this jacket, Masonic North Face. I bought one for me and my daughter. It does run a whole size small though. I promise! It is lightweight and is for fall or Spring. it is not enough for Winter months. But thats ok bcuz we live in Georgia, even though it just snowed her for the first time in century! So I ordered her the Oso Hoodie for more warmth. But this is great for cool weather, just not 28 degrees!

This is the perfect hoodie, soft, light weight yet warm, and a flattering fit. I chose the melon red and it is a fresh color that earned lots of compliments. I did size up since I wanted to easily layer it over tees and it fits perfectly. Put this on your "GOTTA HAVE" list!

This jacket is great for layering or wearing in the spring and fall. It is really flattering and very comfortable! The hood and thumbholes make this the perfect jacket. I wear it all the time and am planning to purchase in another color soon.

I'm 5'7, 125 lbs usually a small size. I bought the small and it fits snug, not too tight, not loose. I can wear a tank top under a t-shirt and this fleece sweater over them, or over a dress, or under my jacket as a liner on cold days. It's so light, warm, and folds so small so it's perfect for around town or travel. It attractively fits over my body...it's perfect!

I bought one of these in the brown, then ended up getting another one in the black cuz I loved it so much, its fitted just right, so wearing a tank or short sleeved shirt under it is perfect, a long sleeved thin shirt under it is also nice too. I wear it more for running or after work outs cause I live in Wa state and its usually far too cool to just wear it alone during winter months. Great fleece, just bought another one for my daughter!

I love this jacket!!! I wear it more often than I thought I would....outdoors and around the house. I love the fit of it...it hugs in the right areas. I normally run between a Small or Medium and went with the Medium. I'm sure the Small would have fit but it would've been a little snug, especially if I wanted to wear something else underneath it. All in all...a great light jacket!!!

I have amost every color of this jacket because i just can't get enough of it! In cold fall and warm winter days this is pretty much all i wear. It fits awesome and is super cozy! I snowboard and on warmer days i always count this to keep me warm and it never fails. I like that it has the holes in the cuffs because i just can't stand it when snow gets under my gloves and makes my hands all cold, it allows the sleeves to stay far up on my hand and always keeps them nice and toasty! It seems to do good with washing too it doesn't roll the interier up into those nasty ball like things making it not as soft anymore. It also doesn't fade or shink so you don't need to buy a bigger size then you usually wear. Im 5' 3" and 115 lbs and the small fits me great! Well overall this is absolutely the most amazing jacket anyone could ever buy so hit her up! LOVE, ERRBEAR<3333333( THE NEXT SHAUN WHITE, BUT BETTER! HAHAH!)

This jacket fits great - it's flattering/feminine. Lightweight, perfect for layering or for outdoor activities when it's still a bit cool. I got the pumice gray color and love it and wear it often. I'm 5'9" and 140 and the medium fits great (I have a small bust/broad shoulders). Overall - 5 stars because of the great fit and good quality. Washes well too.

I bought the ice blue - it's a beautiful color and the fleece is very soft. the gathering at the sides makes it a flattering. I was looking for a lightweight fleece for the spring in seattle - this is perfect! I would hightly recommend. I'm tempted to get another color!!!

Bought the medium fleece hooded jacket in the ink blue. It was too small and the ink blue looked dull. I returned it for one in large, color black. Love how it fits but wish the black was a more vibrant color. I'd buy more but the colors offered were too bright or too dull!

I BOUGHT THE TOP FOR MY WIFE AND SHE LOVES IT. SHE HARDLY TAKES IT OFF. SHE LOVES THE LIGHT WEIGHT FABRIC AND THE WARMTH THAT IT OFFERS. GREAT DEAL!

I got the jacket and I think I would have loved it. The bunched pockets look really nice and it felt really comfortable. My only issue was that the appealing taper was not contoured for my shape... It was too short, it got wider way above my hips but I know if I got a larger size it would big extremely bulky and and would have defeated the purpose of the slim fit.

My sister's boyfriend bought her one...she left it over my house, I wore it and fell in love with it!! I HAD to purchase one for myself. It's the jacket I grab more than any other. I chose white, so it goes with everything. I find myself washing, drying, then putting right back on!! Best jacket I've purchased in quite some time.

I was nervous when I first ordered the fleece. I ordered a small and thought it would fit too snug. It is perfect. I LOVE the green color. It's a lightweight fleece, so it's not going to be a winter coat, but it's something nice to wear on a cool evening in the Spring time. I didn't think it was too short, but then again, I'm only 5'3", so it fit my height fine.

Purchased the XL because it is very slim fitting, but hugs your curves and accentuates the ones you don't have. Great spring color, as always, great quality.

Well, I have to just put it out there: I have a little muffin top situation that I also obsess over. However, it is absolutely camouflaged by the rouching on the pockets. Marvelous!!! I think you should air dry it because I think I have rippled the zipper a bit by drying it... Still love it. I got a small, I am 4'11" and 125 lbs (Lord, that was hard to type). I have seen this jacket on 3 other women who bought one size too small. When you do that, the detailing (on the pockets) goes straight out the window. Sure, you could just have a simple, fully functional, PLAIN polar fleece, but life is too short to be plain. Yuck!!

I got the ink blue color and I loved it so much I ordered another in melon red. Unfortunately, I'm returning the melon red one bc the color was too neon bright for me. It was a hot coral or hot pink grapefruit. I'm keeping the ink blue! It goes with everything! I'm 5'0" 90lbs and xs fits me perfectly.

Run a little small in the chest, I'm a 36c and the med felt a little to tight to be comfortable so i went with the large. Can't beat NF for quality, Love the green!!

I LOVE the color..it is a vibrant and happy pink that coincides perfectly with my NIKEFree 7.0 tennis shoes.

I usually wear an XL and I found the jacket to be tight through the chest area. I use the pockets often.

It washes wonderfully and the mechanics of the zipper work perfectly.

I own several North Face Fleece jackets but this one is my favorite by far! Fits nice and snug and more form fitting. So soft and cozy perfect for Seattle spring weather. I will definately buy another one! I'm 5'3'' 117 lbs and a small fits me perfectly.

I have this jacket in black, grey, purple and white and they go with everything. I wear them with just a tank or layered under my heavier jackets. The material is excellent quality and never gets fuzzy balls. I am 5'1" tall and weigh 112 pounds, I always buy a small and it fits perfect. I would recommend this jacket to anyone who wants to be warm, cozy and stylish while enjoying the great outdoors!!

I bought the XS since its a gift for my mom and will get another one for my size.

This jacket is super cute and soft. Love the pinching around the pockets. But according to the size chart, order down! I am about 5'3'' and 110lbs and ordered a small and now I am exchanging it for an XS. North face has been back and forth with their things lately it seems. Their super fuzzy mossbud line I need a size small in, but apparently other things I need an XS.
Order before they are all gone!

This is a great jacket! It is warm and the hood fits really great on your head and doesn't come down over your eyes. The arms are long in it which is usually a problem I have with coats. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good coat at a great price.

Great for hikes or every day use. Form fitting, so looks great too!
