The North Face Men's ThermoBall Duo Insulated Jacket solves the age-old dilemma of choosing between down and synthetic fill jackets. Double-layered with The North Face's Primaloft ThermoBall insulation, this synthetic-fill jacket has similar insulating and compressible properties of down, but will still keep you warm if it happens to get wet. In order to increase the warmth and water-repellency of the jacket, The North Face insulated the shoulders and sleeves with 100g of Primaloft Silver Eco insulation, and then added a water-resistant Kiss Coat over the nylon ripstop in the same areas.
