You and your little cutie are sick of watching singing cartoons on rainy days, so it’s time to put her in The North Face Infant Girls' Tailout Rain Jacket and head outside for some fresh air. With a waterproof DryVent two-layer body and fully taped seams, this jacket keeps the raindrops at bay while you two venture into the mountains. The mesh lining helps promote airflow while the asymmetrical front zip helps dump excess heat, and the elastic cuffs help seal in her warmth so the elements can’t sneak in.

    Good for puddle stomping

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times
    • Fit: Runs large

My 21 month old loves this jacket. She was really excited when we took it out of the box and wanted to wear it immediately on a sunny day. She has splashed in puddles in the rain with it on and stayed dry underneath. It does run big. I'm buying 18-24 month size clothes, but I bought her the 18 month size because I know The North Face outer wear for babies runs big. Better than too small though, because we know they grow quickly!
