Holds it all in

Let me start with size, as finding adequate and supportive sports bras has long been a problem for me. I'm a 34/36D, so bouncing while running and working out in general has always been an issue.

I purchased this bra in a medium even though my default is a large. I'm glad I did. Though it's tight, that's exactly what it should be. It's not difficult to get on so long as you make sure the back portion does not roll up and you have to do a very tricky reach around to your back to pull it down. Once on, I always readjust a tad, but this holds well. I think a large would have left a bit too much room and stretched too far over time.

While in use, it does the job. There is still some bounce and movement, but not nearly as much as others I've owned. I also like the no padding as I've found that padding in sports bras gets in the way more than anything.

As for the stow and go feature, I haven't tested it out. I always have shorts or leggings with a pocket, and that's where my keys and ID live. However, as others have mentioned, items you wanted to stow in there would get pretty sweaty.

Great bra, but not best for high impact.

Quality wise, this sports bra is a winner. I've have worn it several times a week for the past year and wash it weekly (gentle, air dry). Despite this, the bra is still in excellent shape. It is snug, the elastic is still tight, and the fabric has not frayed or pilled. The little Northface emblem on the front has started to wear away, along with a sweatwick label on the side, but that's about it.

This bra is not as snug as I would prefer for high impact activities (think HIIT/running). If you're bouncing, they're bouncing. However, I feel that this bras is fantastic for for less enthusiastic activities! For example, I wear this exclusively while I lift, hike, and climb.

The pocket is a great fit for my phone and earbud cords. There is a larger pocket that spans the width of your chest, and then a smaller inner pocket that could fit house a key. When I'm lifting I usually stuff my phone in there. Be warned though, the pocket is not water proof and your sweat will soak the pocket.

No padding though

This bra is beautiful on, very tight to keep your boobs in place during any exercise, is double layered and it has the awesome little pocket in the front inside.

The pocket is wide enough to fit a credit card and a key.

There is no extra padding though, so if you have super nipples, they will show through a little.

But! BUT the way it is made, the front has a double layer (like an extra pocket that covers the whole front - phone/ipod goes here!) and I added my own padding in it from a previous bra, so that people's eyes won't be directed to my chest!

I am 36 A/B and Medium fits snug.

No padding though
