They keep your feet dry from the outside and your sweaty feet. They are very warm and stay on your feet very well. They are a little difficult to get on, you can't slide in like clogs. However, this ensures a secure fit once they are on. I usually wear 6 1/2 - 7 and the 6 1/2 fit perfectly.

These low boots are extremely warm and secure when you walk. I especially like the drawstring yoke. I have thin heels/ankles and I seldom have a shoe that doesn't slip. With the drawstring you can tighten it up and that helps. The only issue is they are a little tough to get on, but I decided to put up with that in exchange for the other positive features. Sometimes I use a shoe horn especially if my sock is on the thick side. They seem to be true to size.
