What the hell are you waiting for? The powder is swimming-pool deep at the bottom of that chute. You are suited up in the Squizzle Suit from The North Face, so you don’t have much to worry about. Staying warm and dry even if you’re neck deep in pow isn’t a concern. In, fact you don’t even have to worry about your appearance. The Squizzle Suit has that covered with the look of a two-piece even in a solid one-piece. Everything is covered. So go ahead—take the jump.
- HyVent shell repels water and breathes so you stay dry without getting sweaty
- Chimney Venting pulls cool air from mesh vents in the leg gaiters cools and releases heat through the upper thigh vents
- Fully taped seams prevent water from sneaking in between the stitching
- StrechVent gaiters keep powder from dumping in at the edges while letting fresh air in
- Upper and lower RECCO reflectors can make it easier to find you should you get in over your head, literally
- Lots of storage, including external media and goggle pockets, gives you ample places to keep goodies

North face one peice is the only way to go! Keeps you warm no matter the conditions. Also keeps you cool when spring comes around. You are able to pull any moves with the suit do to its loose fit. Will buy the universal ski/snowboard suit every year. I am 6,3 200 got the extra lrg perfect fit.

I noticed that the waterproof rating and breathable rating on this item are given in different units than most other items. can you convert the 25 psi to mm unit you give on the DC Sirdal one piece snow suit and the burton one piece snow suit? Also, the breathable rating is 625-675g, Isn't that terribly poor compared to the DC(5,000) & the Burton(10,000), or is the breathable rating also given in a different unit?

Jason, thanks for your question. There is a grand canyon of difference between the Squizzle Suit and Haines Tuxedo from The North Face. First and foremost is the build of the suit. The Haines Tuxedo is fashioned from Gore Tex Pro Shell, while the Squizzle Suit is built from 2 layer Hyvent Fabric, which is a proprietary material developed by The North Face. HyVent is great in terms of weather protection/breathability, but it is not Gore Tex Pro Shell, thus the dramatic difference in price. Additionally the fit of the suit is quite different. The Squizzle has the big boy/free ride fit, while the Tuxedo is a much more fitted, alpine fit as it is mountian guide inspired. I hope this is helpful for you. Pray for snow.
