A favorite amongst backcountry skiers and snowboarders, The North Face Snomad 23L Backpack features an eco-friendly recycled construction, a comfortable and functional load carriage, and easy access to all our necessary gear during a day on the mountain. Buckles provide a secure and comfortable carry of our skis or snowboard, offering a diagonal or A-frame carry. The back-access main compartment stores our larger items, while an adjustable ice-axe carry, an integrated helmet carry, and a dedicated compartment for an avalanche probe and shovel hold our most important safety items.

Best sports backpack out there!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second one of these. First one is still going strong even though I shredded pieces of it on concrete over the summer. So that's my designated summer bag and the new one will be for winter. The absolute BEST ski backpack on the market. Hard to find this size of bag with full waist straps and max adjustability all around that make it comfortable for men and women alike. The neoprene on the panel that rests on your back also make for all day comfort even with heavy loads. The helmet pocket is also a huge plus for the hike back to the car. I use this thing all summer when going on long OneWheel excursions (which is how I tore up the old one in a gnarly fall...oops!) and then all winter for skiing. 10/10 highly recommend. :)
