Description

Slash when you shred. Shred when you slash.

If you’re looking for a baggy pair of ski or snowboard pants that function great in the park, yet that also come with a borderline-excessive number of pockets, The North Face Slasher Cargo Pants are probably the pants for you. Not only will these pants tote around all of your pocket-worthy items with ease, but the waterproof breathable HyVent 2L fabric and fixed gaiters with boot hooks will help keep the freshies out of your pants as you slash and burn your way to glory.

Love these pants! Fit really well and keep me warm and dry the entire time I'm riding.

I'm looking for a good waterproof pant for ice skating, with enough room to wear hockey shin gaurds under the pant. Do these pants have enough room in the lower leg for shin guards? Is there a lower leg zipper?

Responded on

since these are ski pants there's a good amount of room in the shin area for boots so I would imagine it's also enough room for shin guards and the slasher cargo is pretty baggy too

I usually wear a medium but my waist is 34- 34.5 depending on the occasion. Are these a roomy cut, some athletic cuts are tight.

How do these compare to the fargo cargo pants by northface?

Responded on

The slasher cargo and the north face fargo cargo are made from the same material. The only difference is in style of the pants.

Solid Pant

These are solid, with a great price. I have last years version as well. Can't say enough good things about this pant. Light, stylish, not too bulky, and perfect for skiing. If you're a boarder, you might want to look elsewhere as these are not as loose as say a pair of Special Blends, which I also own. A must have for any skier.

Oh and I wear a medium, 5'11" 175lbs. Perfect with my capilene underneath.
