If you’re looking for a baggy pair of ski or snowboard pants that function great in the park, yet that also come with a borderline-excessive number of pockets, The North Face Slasher Cargo Pants are probably the pants for you. Not only will these pants tote around all of your pocket-worthy items with ease, but the waterproof breathable HyVent 2L fabric and fixed gaiters with boot hooks will help keep the freshies out of your pants as you slash and burn your way to glory.

  • Shell made with waterproof and breathable HyVent 2L fabric to shed precipitation and keep your most important assets bone dry
  • Fully taped seams mean water won’t roll down the fabric and sneak in through the crevices
  • Inner thigh zip vents not only sound intriguing, but also allow you to cool off quickly on warm days
  • Park fit is The North Face’s baggiest fit that provides extra room in the hips, thighs, knees, and cuffs for chill cruising and spicy acrobatics

Bottom Line: Slash when you shred. Shred when you slash.

Hey there, If you wanna use a belt, then get the medium... if you want to have them fit like pants, go with the small... they have what TNF calls a "Park Fit"=delivers extra room through the hips, thighs, knees, and cuff.

Hey, I'm having trouble deciding on a size. How baggy are these pants? Do they look baggy or are they more of a nice straight fit? I have a 30 inch waist and the small says 28-30 while the medium says 32-34. I feel like the smalls might be less baggy but I don't want the waist to be too tight! I'm 5'10" and 157 lbs, typical athletic build, kinda skinny. Please help. Thanks!

Hey there, this has TNF's "thermoliner" in the ass and knees... the rest is mesh like a 2 layer jacket...

Didn't overheat!

I used these pants this past weekend Skiing Chestnut Mountain in Gelena IL. Temps were in the upper 20s and low 30s. These pants performed great! The vents were just the thing to keep from overheating, and the shell shed the wet stuff with ease. I sat in the snow for 20 min waiting for my group to finish a run and still stayed comfortable and dry. The XL size fit my 38'' waist without belt, but was a little long for my 30'' inseam. My proportions can be hard to accommodate, but the pants were easy to cuff an inch and a half and they stayed that way without the assistance of a safety pin. The internal gators worked great over my alpine boots, and kept the snow out even when one of my cuts became more of a scoop.
