The North Face SDS 1/4 Zip Pullover - Men's - 2007 BCS

Dont get me wrong its a great sweater (and I knew it would be a relaxed fit) just not my favorite TNF fleece. Its warm and soft. But since its relaxed fit, Ive found it hard to layer. I've had to use it as a "shell" instead with another layer underneath when it gets colder. Im 5'8", 178 lbs and the medium fits relaxed as advertised. If this is what your looking for than this fleece is it for the price.

This is a good fleece. Pretty much all North Face fleeces are. My only complaint is that it runs pretty big, but it is not as heavy weight / bulky as the North Face Denali. Hope that helps. This guy works great under my shell and I use it a lot for higher elevation hikes.

I recently bought this fleece in hopes of a nice jacket that was light weight but still warm. I am very pleased with, it is a great base-layer and keeps you especially warm during light physical exercise.

I recently bought this for a late spring trip to Montana. It worked excellent as a top layer on dry days and great under a rain shell when the weather got wet. The fit is athletic (meaning not baggy)which makes this a great piece for layering. It felt great after a day of being wet and cold rafting and equally as comfortable around the campfire at night and first thing in the AM when the temps dropped into the upper 30's/mid 40's.

This is a great fleece, feels very lightweight but warm, has a nice silhouette (doesn't look bulky or baggy like a potato sack, lots of fleeces have this problem). It doesn't have a draw cord at the bottom like some fleeces but if you order the right size you're not going to need it. I'm 5'8 160lbs and the medium is a perfect fit all over, even the sleeves are the perfect length which was surprising because I sometimes have trouble with TNF products having sleeves that were 2-3 inches too long. All in all this is a very sharp looking fleece, perfect for layering.

I bought this with intention of a light duty everyday jacket. I love it and it is warmer than I thought it would be. I don't think you can go wrong. The length is a little longer that I had expected but it is not a problem.

Travels well, never a wrinkle. Breathes great so you don't overheat. Layers comfortably. I love it because of its versatility from campsite to international airports. Way bad that my granddaughter dropped candle wax on it, my wife tried to fix it and now it have a hole right about my navel... go figure.
