Coooooool looking Jacket! Was so excited to purchase it, but ended up returning it because it is so short waisted. I'm 5-10 and it hit about an inch above my ski pant line. I ordered a small because I'm skinny. Arm's weren't a problem, but I was looking for something longer

Sarah, this jacket is supposed to be a snug fit. It is not a super warm jacket and you need room for at least one baselayer if you are going to be in cold conditions so size accordingly.

I purchased this jacket for a recent ski trip. I loved it. It is lightweight and fits true to size. I loved all the pockets and the hood worked great for the snowy days. I never got too hot skiing or cold on the lifts.

This coat was too tight in the waist when the powder skirt was buttoned, but way too long in the arm, with such droopy shoulders that I looked like a had on puffed sleeves! I am 5'4" and weigh about 115 lbs, normally a size 2, but the small (not XS simply did not fit. May fit a tall, skinny, supermodel! Too bad though as the colors and style were cute and the jacket had the usual North Face attention to detail
is there a chance this jacket is going to be in the deep purple

I bought this jacket for my 14 years old daughter and she love it so much. The jacket keeps her warm, but when it's very cold, you need to wear extra sweater under neath the jacket, otherwise it's perfect!
How does this jacket fit? For example the Greenland jacket runs

Hi - you are going to need some type of insulating layer if it is really cold with this jacket. You may want to check out The North Face Natasha Jacket for something very similar with built in insulation.
