  • Familiarity: I returned this product before using it

Seems to run small. Fit well over a long sleeve tshirt, but would be too small with anything bulkier underneath so I returned it. Will not order from this company again, right after I placed my order, my credit card information was used in several places in Utah - coincidentally where Backcountry is based? Beware.

Packable yet warm

I like that this vest is packable and isn't too bulky when it's on. I returned it though because I was looking for a different color vest. The Premiere Purple color is pretty bright but I should have expected that because the picture looks exactly like the color of the vest.

great vest

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

I own a North Face Redpoint long sleeve that I've had for years and absolutely love. They are very packable for backpacking trips. They are thin yet warm. This vest will be a nice addition. I got the large since I am a 36D and so I could layer wool or fleece under it. Seems a bit big when I first saw it but tried it on with a thick sweatshirt and it fits perfectly. Great looking too. It will get a lot of use this winter.
