The true story of badass explorers from six different nations who battled minus 125 degrees Fahrenheit temps and navigated across 100-foot-deep crevasses is pretty damn inspiring. The North Face logo on the Nunatak Backpack commemorates the 1990 Trans-Antarctica crossing. Even though your backpack full of work, school, or day-hiking gear doesn't really equal the amount of weight you'd be carrying for 220 days of frigid travel, the Nunatak still provides a back-saving panel that distributes your load, a tuck-away hip belt for days when you're carrying less, and a breathable mesh back panel.
Bottom Line: Everyday inspiration.

spacious makes 20lb books feel like novels in a napsack. comfortable and doesn't make you feel 99 yrs old with arthritis great for school camping or whatever you have to carry stuff with that won't fit in your hands

hi guys i live in florida , and throught middle school and freshmen year of high school ive had this really cool jansport , everyone uses them over here , its like the fashionable back pack , how ever ive seen some kids around my high school wearing beige and black nunatak backpacks , i tried on one , and they are very comfortable , good in style , and just unique , i mean only like 3 people have them in my school , i would really like one of these ive searched everywhere, ebay , the north face , here and some other pages , no luck however , by any chance do you guys know any website where they might be selling it , reply back to this comment , thank you .

Chris, this has been discontinued a while ago and you are going to have a difficult time finding it new. I would suggest to keep trying E-Bay and as Aaron posted, you could give TNF a call and maybe they can help you.

My son luvs this backpack. He's a Junior in High School and has no complaints about it. I would recommend this bag.

hi esomoza2124309 , i live in florida and here the cool backpacks are jansports , but now ive seen some kids in my high school wearing black and beige nunatak backpack , they look so good , and ive been searching everywhere to find them , no luck , they are all out of stock , what happened to them , and do you any place were i can get the back pack , im really desperate and i want one of these , they are so unique for school , comfortable because my friend let me try his , and they are just very stylish right now in florida .

On the outside there are three pockets & two water bottle packets & inside there is a padded sleeve for a laptop.

nice back pack, but not alot of space to hold all my stuff. the white color gets dirty easy. the pockets are smaller than i expected. not worth all the money i spent on it.
