This Gore-Tex Performance Shell jacket protects you when the wind blows and snow falls like so many thousands of tiny arrows, and the helmet-compatible hood leaves room for your headgear of choice. The Raging Viking’s pant-a-locks system works with your TNF bottoms to seal out snow much more effectively than your shield and chainmail can. A RECCO reflector might help ski patrol or search-and-rescue locate you should you go down during battle.

This jacket provides absolute protection from wind and water. It looks great. It has several large pockets that are easily accessible. The powder skirt and pant-a-locks really do work. All you need are warm base and midlayers and you've got a pretty solid combination. As another reviewer said, the mobility is exceptionally good, as you can move any part of your torso with the same ease as if you were naked! Plus it's really light. This shell is well worth the money.

Hi Brad I don't know the zipper length off hand, but I do know that this jacket does not come in XXL.

I just got one of these to go with my Raging Viking LTD pants and am very happy. Very stylish and technically superior to boot. Super comfortable and warm, ease of movement is outstanding. The zip-in compatability thing, with the pants, is difficult to do / undo. The pant-a-locks work great and so does the powder skirt. I love the wrist pocket with the removable goggle cloth too. The new underarm vents are easier to use and work much better than the Free Thinker II or older Sedition jackets. It's also about 4-6" longer than other TNF jackets I have in my collction. All in all a good addition to your backcountry or resort wardrobe. Get one...you'll be stoked you did.
Ps. Why didn't you guys have this jacket in the Toxic Green color? It looked pretty cool on TNF site.
