Although it’s not socially acceptable to pet a stranger’s hoody, people might have trouble following normal protocol when they see you wearing The North Face Women’s Petaluma Hoody. They’ll have an even harder time when they see you pull up the soft hood and notice how the sides are elastic-bound for a snug, stay-put fit.
Bottom Line: Tell ‘em to get their own Petaluma.

Yes it is. But I would classify it as a midweight fleece. The North Face does make heavier weight/warmer fleeces than this.

This jacket is The North Face standard fit, so it is not going to be a performance (tighter fitting) fit.
