I bought the Penelope multi colored jacket because it was beautiful. And it is so useful...lightweight, water resistant and comfortable. I love it.

I fell in love with this jacket when I saw it on vacation at Nordstrom and they only had one left which was too small. When I got home I searched the internet and the only place I could find it in stock was Backcountry so I ordered it up and have been wearing it ever since. It is a casual jacket, great for wearing to work on cool spring/summer mornings but not really suited to high tech pursuits. Sometimes I wear small in TNF, sometimes medium (5'6" 130 lbs) but in this jacket I needed the medium. Its a great looking jacket in the fun plaid colors and I can see getting a lot of use out of it through the spring and summer.
I'm going to school next year at the University of Washington.

Every single person who has seen me wearing this loves it - so I love it even more. I sit in A/C all the time so this is enough to keep me comfortable in that environment. It's not water proof but it's perfect for a cool summer night and looks great with all the summer colors. Enjoy it! I am.
