These are great shorts, good-quality construction. However, I found that the sizing runs large. I wish that I had ordered one size smaller.

Rise: 8 inches
This is considered a Regular or Medium rise and should sit lower than your Natural waist.

The shorts are really cute and the green color is nice, but the sizing runs a little small and the Reg length is really long.

They have actually held up for my wife extremely well! They're good in both chlorine and salt water.

Just goes to show you what's good for one is not good for another.(based on the above review). I am looking for long board shorts, knee length to be exact. I think these shorts are very good quality and i like the style. It does state the inseam is 11 inches...I took a chance that these would work for me. Unfortunately I think I need an inseam of at least 13 inches.
