  • DWR-coated shell with fully sealed seams keeps the moisture outside where it belongs
  • Cargo zip pockets securely store your munchies and keys
  • StretchVent gaiters provide a seal against the elements

Got these pants in the spring (Vt) so I dont know how they stack up agaist winter weather but the fit is real good. Plenty of room for knee pads (tele skier) and great flexibity. Lots of pockets too so without testing them in the pow I can just say pretty cool. h did I add that the look is cool too almost like a park rat but not quite

I know these are men's pants but I had a hard time finding ski pants to fit my size, I am a size 16 ladies pants and the only thing I could find to fit me was these pants in a 1X. I love them, roomy and the pockets are all over the place, I carry lip balm small hair brush, extra face face protectiion, sunglasses, makeup...you name it I can fit it! Did I mention how warm!!

What is the primary difference between the North Face Monte and the Cargo II pants? Also, are these insulated pants with extra material in the knees? Thx.

The biggest difference in these two pants is the styling. The park cargo has super stylie asymetrical cargo pockets while the monte has stylie but more standard cargo pocketing. Neither one of them is insulated in the knees or otherwise. Both are lined with tricot and taffeta.

Good choice for powder skiers

They performed really well in stormy conditions. They are well insulated and the pockets are well positioned. The elastic on the legs worked perfectly over my boots. I found them a bit baggy, but very comfortable.

Rugged, lots of pockets and did I mention rugged? I like the double pockets outside of the knees.....these feel warm and bomb-proof. Wife says my butt looks good in this cut. Winter? What winter, should-be-snug-as-a-bug.
