Boot your kid up in The North Face Boys' Padda Water Shoe for rafting trips, kayaking, or just causing trouble by the creek out back. These synthetic leather and mesh shoes have the stability and support of a regular hiking shoe, but large mesh sections offer full drainage while keeping debris and rocks out. The durable UltrATAC rubber sole gives him plenty of traction when he scrambles off toward the slick rocks. A micro cord speed lace gets him in and out quickly.

Bottom Line: A hybrid water shoe for all his aquatic adventures.

trying to find out if these shoes will stand up to nine miles

trying to find out if these shoes will stand up to nine miles of canyoneering? Looking for comfort while hiking for miles in water as well as providing good traction on wet rocks and boulders.

Very Dissapointed with North Face

The shoestring holders broke the first day. The shoe looks very cheap and very poorly made. They look like plastic. My son does not want to wear them and I can see why. I am definitely sending them back.
