The jacket is extremly warm and very cozy. But I didn't know the jacket was going to very fuzzy. But overall its a very nice jacket. I ordered a medium and it is a little big so would have probably ordered a sm so it would be a little bit more fitting.

I got the gorgeous plum, cute color. I usually wear a M, but the fit for this sweater was odd, the sleeves were short as was the torso part. It was not a flattering cut.

Yes. You can return an item after use as well. My wife just wore a down jacket to Africa to climb Kilimanjaro and on the hike realized it was way too tight and Backcountry took it back no questions asked.

I have this jacket in brown too. LOVE the plush softness and the warmth. The blue is NOT cookie monster or grover blue as other reviewers commented. It's midnight blue. There's a big difference. Since it had been a few years after I bought my brown one, I decided to size up based on reviews, due to a different cut. I normally wear an extra small, but for this jacket, I usually size up to a Small. Because the blue only had Mediums left, I got that. The medium fit me like a slightly large hoodie. If i had the option, I would have stuck with the small as that is normally my size in this jacket. Still, this jacket is perfect for travel, perfect for fall, perfect for spring, and makes a plush layer under any shell. Get it!

Forgot to mention, I got the montague blue. It's a dark blue with more purple than red if you're into color wheels. Also, I have the white one, like the brown, in a size small. I'm 5'4", 109. The "new" style/cut is actually more gentle. Meaning, instead of a single elastic band at the wrists, now there is a nice soft fat cuff. The jacket seems a little longer, but it could be because I had to buy the Medium to get the sale price. On fur balls, you don't want to wear a white tee under a dark fuzzy jacket. You'll definitely get fuzz balls in your pits/stuck to your tee. But that's common knowledge. The jacket itself (on the outside) doesn't fuzz up or pill. I wash mine inside out in a lingerie bag, and then dry it solo w/o any other clothes to get max fluff.

I bought the black oso hoodie fleece jacket -women its soft and warm my friends love it but it sheads like a dog a lot of fur balls everything i wear with it gets fur balls i have carry a lint brush in my pocket book its awful i will return it and hopefull get my money back or something different its a pity i have to return it cause i love the way it feels am very disappointed

The montague blue color that was on my computer screen was not the same color that I received. I felt like I looked like grover or cookie monster when I tried it on. It is THAT color blue. I thought it would be more navy-like. I am 5'4" and 125 lbs and ordered a small. It did fit oddly but not terribly. Had I liked the color I would have wanted to have it in a medium instead.
